Here at Cycling Sports Group, we want our employees to thrive in a creative, hardworking and personally rewarding environment.
For this to happen, we are constantly looking for brilliant people to join our team so they can achieve as much as they possibly can and then reward them for doing so.

Demonstration & Training Coordinator
Cycling Sports Group is one of the fastest-growing bicycle distributors in the UK. We sell premium brand bicycles, clothing and accessories including Cannondale, GT, Charge, Mongoose, Wethepeople, Hoffman, Sugoi and Fabric to cycle retailers throughout the UK.

Due to our continued growth we have a recruitment opportunity for a Demonstration & Training Coordinator. This is a varied role for an enthusiastic individual, requiring a strong understanding of the features and benefits of all bikes in their respective categories – plus have an adequate technical understanding of bikes in general, including suspension set up.

The right candidate should have great interpersonal and communication skills, and possess a passion for helping people learn more about our bikes both in store to dealers and at demo days to end users.

You will work as part of our marketing team, report to the Marketing Manager, and must enjoy the demands of a fast paced and energetic company.

Weekend and evenings are not uncommon in a training and demo capacity, so this individual will ideally come with a flexible approach to their working week but with strong work ethic and time management skills.

This role is ideally based in Poole, Dorset, but also working remotely out in the marketplace.

Salary is dependent on experience.
Experience required:

  • Sales / Marketing background in the cycling industry preferred
  • Extensive cycle product knowledge and enthusiasm essential
  • Event coordination / management skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong communicator with good eye for detail
  • Web and Social Media experience would be beneficial
  • Strong time management and work ethic credentials
